Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience was okay at this location. I got a call about 10 minutes from my rental pickup time. Basically, when I got there I was notified that the car wasn't ready for pickup because of an oil change. I waited just over an additional hour in the waiting room for my rental to be ready. If I had appointments or a flight to catch, this would've been a huge inconvenience and I would've have to figure out alternative arrangements. Then when I get the vehicle, it was quickly and haphazardly cleaned inside and out. The car was still wet from a car wash but there at least 3 spots were bird excrements still remained. Upon identifying a discrepancy in the scheduled pick-up time, a prompt call to the office resulted in immediate assistance and resolution. The check-in process at the rental location was seamless, facilitated by a courteous representative. The vehicle was presented in excellent condition, and the inspection, payment, and departure were completed within a 15-minute timeframe. The after-hours drop-off further enhanced the convenience. I have rented at this location twice now, and always they exceeded expectations. The reservation with the app can not be easier. The staff is very friendly and assist to choose the right car for you. The maps might drag you to a different location, but this is right on Lincoln Highway. They got a variety of cars within a segment. The rental prices are on par and sometimes better than the competition. I personally like enterprise bcos of their customer service. This location stands out, come check it out, and you won't be disappointed!!!

Enterprise rentsl was Fantastic from Start to finish. The 2026 Special Edition Dodge RAM “REBEL “ was a horrible “Not meant for pavement driving” vehicle. Low speeds. Of 10-15. Were major issues on wet surfaces ( bothe front and back). Set too high suspension ( im 6’/00” and trouble enter and exiting ) i. Was a Ram 4 door Laremie Ed. Owner until 2016 and never had handling or so much other issues as i did with this 2026 Rebel Ed RAM truck. Absolutely horrible vehicle! Remember = The Service was Still Most Excellent that entire experience.

7 day weekly rental was fine, but the 2 additional days were excessive. The people were friendly and professional. But those 2 extra day's charge will be remembered.
