Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise has the most amazing customer service. They will actually meet you at the service center where you’re having a repair done with your rental car, and then come and pick the car up when your service is completed. And all in a very timely manner. You can’t beat that for Customer Service.

I had to make a last-minute car rental reservation at the Collegeville, PA location. The staff there (Tim Q., Jack S. & Jack H.) were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. My initial reservation was sent to another state by my insurance company. Tim Q. was able to quickly locate the reservation and called the other office to move my reservation to the Collegeville location. Tim was friendly and professional. He immediately worked to locate a car for me, offered me a number of choices, then quickly processed my reservation. I rent cars often, and the Collegeville, PA Enterprise consistently delivers great service. The guys there are awesome, super helpful, friendly, and efficient every time I’m there. They go above and beyond, which is why I keep coming back. Five stars without hesitation! Thanks guys!

Patrick always made sure I was well taken care of in I timelely manner. I thought he was the manager because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable employee. I was shocked when I found out it wasn't like running the show. He went from one customer to next to make sure they were well taken care of.

Bad experience here. So I reserved a car through Costco after confirming that there is a mini van available only for them to tell me that there is none available after reaching this location with a confirmed reservation number.. Now I’m stranded trying to figure out what to do. I seriously fail to understand why would Costco let me book through their website and send me a confirmation when there was no car available in the first place. Avoid!!
