Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We were transporting a terminally ill friend from Tallahassee Florida to North Augusta South Carolina when we ran into car problems in Cordele Georgia. I called the local Enterprise office where Hope and Milton went above and beyond to get us a vehicle that met our needs in order to deliver our friend safely to her destination. Milton picked me up and took me to Enterprise to pick up the vehicle and on the way recommended a locksmith to assist with our car issues. We had contacted AAA and they were unable to help. But Milton did! Both Hope and Milton were extremely kind, courteous, professional and helpful. I have no idea what we would have done without them!

I’d like to recognize Key for providing excellent customer service. She was very professional, efficient, and made the process quick and easy. Key was able to get me a car right away and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her outstanding assistance and positive attitude.

We had a great experience with enterprise, we had the pleasure of dealing with Key. She was so nice and accommodating! Made sure the vehicle was fully inspected and clean before we drove it on a 14 hour road trip!

Cordele,GA location was absolutely great. Made my accident not feel so painful. Everyone was super nice and very helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The office was very clean and actually smelled clean. I will most definitely go back to this Enterprise office again if I need a rental for any reason.

I booked a reservation early this morning in cordele at the last minute. Few moments after I booked I was called by an employee starting Cordele didn’t have any cars Available at the moment. So; I was discourage and called around looking for a local enterprise that had availability. I was told that some other branch would call me if they had anything to come available. Finally I got that call from Henry out of a Perry Ga stating he talked to Key in the cordle location and she would handle me. When I arrived to the cordele location Key went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She made the process so easy and quick. Jest was the sweetest and understood my frustration well.. I would highly recommend if anyone goes to The Cordele branch to work with Key she’s the best.
