Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Huge thanks to this car rental team for finding us a car and helping us when we were really stuck. We were towed from the highway, and the Rivian service/partner that set up the reservation booked it through this enterprise , but when we arrived, there were no cars available. We were stressed and didn’t know what we were going to do. After some time, the staff here kept trying and eventually found a vehicle for us. Really appreciate their effort, patience, and willingness to help.

I have used this enterprise Rent-A-Car office twice in the last year and a half, and my experience was good both times. The office staff were friendly and helpful and explained things clearly. On both occasions, I really liked the cars they gave me - their dashboards and functionality were similar to my own car and pleasing to drive. I will use them again if my car is in the shop for maintenance or repairs.

The 2670 Route 130 Cranbury location had nice drivers (Ali & Kelvin -I think) that picked up/dropped me at my nearby repair shop. Dylan K. (Branch Manager) and Fred P. (Management Trainee) were both helpful, professional and friendly in the office. I am glad the Cranbury location was able to get me into a rental quickly as the Dayton location failed to do so even though I had a confirmation number with them. Dylan from the Cranbury location was able to reassure me that they had SUV options to choose from that were comparable and could get me into a vehicle that same morning.
