Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Did not have to wait too long to get into a service bay. Once inside, service tech, Melvin, was very personable and friendly and explained everything he was doing and checked to make sure I understood and was satisfied with the service. He even made sure to show me the dip stick oil level after they filled my SUV with full synthetic oil. That was a nice touch there. Commend Melvin on a job well done.

The staff here are very kind and helpful. They have no problem answering questions, taking their time to ensure that you understand everything that they're recommending and that your car is being taken care of. The last time I went, there was even a small mistake that led to the service taking much longer than anticipated, and the staff was very gracious and gave me a discount. I feel bad because I actually questioned their discount and whether it was what worth the trouble, but in all the confusion they actually took off an entire service that we all had forgotten about at that point. So truly, while a little unorthodox it was a very good experience. I know that they care about the customer, and I will certainly be going back for more maintenance as needed.

I received Professional and Courteous Service from the time I entered the station. Corey M, Jack, Oscar A, and Andrew explained every step. They spoke clearly and with a pleasant disposition. I left feeling I received Outstanding service giving we were facing a major snow storm the next day. My filter is unique so Mr. Corey advised he would ask it be ordered for my next visit. I recommend this location to my network.

I’ve been to this location numerous times over the years and every time I leave, I want to compose a google review and never seem to find the time. I went to this Cranbury location today @ 8:00am for my typical service and just like I would expect, everything went very smooth and efficient. “Drew” the manager greeted me and he is just superb! He presents himself professionally and communicates very well, while setting realistic expectations on when the service will be completed (which was in a very timely manner). Drew is running a tight ship at this location and it shows. Valvoline should use this man to properly train other locations and staff! Drew runs that business like he’s the owner (which is rare to find). Drew and his incredible staff are the reasons why I will continue to drive
