Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I like Enterprise but their business skills for those that work there needs some help. No communication with your customers at all. If you have a rental set up by insurance and you are not there, someone should have given you a call to see if you were coming or not before they release that vehicle. Insurances usually do the day before your drop off and I told them to change it until the day I dropped it off. So they released my vehicle to someone else. Now saying they have no vehicles. Come on now. Someone should have called first!!! Communication is key in this business and it's not like you all are doing a lot. You are on the phones anyway what is one more call or two. For customer satisfaction and for better ratings for yourself. This not having cars for reservations needs communication

Let's start with that the customer service sucks I downloaded the app to set up reservations but the suv i chose thats not what I received or even similar i specifically wanted that suv because i have two car seats im 2 months pregnant and my fiancé is tall so we needed room especially for our luggages since were be traveling 7hours when me and my fiancé arrived the employee was nasty I requested for 3 days I asked the total amount so my fiancé can put the exact on my bank card and the employee that was there I guessed it was his last day he going tell the guy he can't hold that vehicle he gotta give it to someone else I said excuse me the bank it across the street and im standing here holding our spot he was very nasty the cost for the 3day was $182 plus $300 deposit which is $482 which i

Mark is a really wonderful representative here! I highly recommend if you’re going to rent a car in Danville, you come straight here and ask for him. Even if there’s any confusion, he’s up for explaining until you understand and he’s very patient! Vehicles go fast here, so don’t wait until the last minute to try to rent.

I was impressed with the customer service at Enterprise. The guys there went above and beyond to ensure I had a great rental experience. The team was accommodating, efficient, and very helpful from start to finish. The rental provided by them was so amazing I wish I didn’t have to return it lol.

I have never had a bad experience with the Danville location. Those guys work hard and it’s not easy. I appreciate the staff. A little kindness goes a long way!!!
