Enterprise Rent-A-Car

A friend I hadn't seen in years flew in, and I urgently needed to find a car in a location where there weren't many rental companies, and everyone was extremely busy. Only Enterprise provided me with high-quality service and a great car. I'm very grateful to them!

Only one name will make me give this location and business 5 stars—- Kaylah Stevenson. I had a collision and I am still coming to grips with it. My car is in the body shop. I was rather short and kind of rude when speaking by phone with Kaylah this week. I was upset and think I let my frustration spill over when speaking to Kaylah. However, she managed to keep her composure and remained very professional during my temper tantrum. She informed me that she would have to discontinue our conversation if I remained boisterous… upset. She reminded me that she was there to help me. She truly personifies excellence. Great service! The staff were friendly and helpful, and Kaylah was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right car. Definitely appreciate her service! I’ll definitely come back because of her great service.

Rental was Clean and New. The service was quick. They have us in and out quick during time of getting the car and returning. I was a little skeptical of the location but all was surprisingly great!

I went to enterprise on January 9, 2026. I was greeted by a young, beautiful lady. She was very respectful polite and helpful. My experience was great and I have no complaints.
