Nicholas and Zach were awesome! They made the whole process easy and helped me get familiar with the vehicle before I left. They also connected me to the Enterprise sales division when I was talking about buying another car. The office looked tidy and organized. They were managing multiple customers and working very efficiently with smiles on their faces. As a first-time renter, they made a great impression and I'll be going back to them whenever I need another rental. I'll also be referring friends and family there whenever I have the opportunity. From the moment I walked into Enterprise Rental I was impressed with the kindness, professional attitude and respect I was shown. The persons I dealt with were wonderful, they quickly processed my rental transaction, thoroughly explained all details (paperwork, rules) to me, making sure I understood everything. It was important to them that I be given a rental to fit my needs. Also they were diligent in making sure that the vehicle I was given was clean, gassed and in perfect working order. When I returned the rental I was given the same great service during that transaction. As a result I would definitely rent from this Enterprise location again and recommend that others do also.
