Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise at Daytona Beach Airport and had a positive experience overall. The car provided was a brand new Kia with only 700 miles on it. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and featured convenient technology such as autopilot, which made the experience enjoyable. The rental process at Daytona Beach Airport differs from larger airports. Unlike major hubs where you can check in early and proceed directly to the garage, Daytona requires you to visit the counter, which can cause minor/Major delays. This is understandable given the airport’s smaller size and limited staffing, as all keys are kept behind the counter rather than in the vehicles. I think that the tone he set as our first experience with service professionals in Daytona Beach made our experience more memorable. Taking my family for a trip from Maine to FL. I reserved suv to suit my child and extras and must haves. The car has service required and other warnings lights. This enterprise will not allow me to swap for a safer car with the room that's necessary. Im scared we will be stranded on the roadside going back. Im hoping something can be done. But everyone is turning me away. This is dangerous 😳

As I stand in line at 1:55 for 15 minutes waiting to tell Enterprise that I checked in online already; I get to check in so they can tell me it will be another25 minutes. At 2:50 they give me my keys and tell me they will start my rental time now. Wow, so nice. O did have time to download & sign up for the Avis app, noticing there was no line.
