Luke was great! So accommodating. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable! I would recommend ERaC for your rental car needs. It's nice when you are experiencing stress and their customer service skills and calm demeanor make the experience easy to bear. Five stars!

We have used Weatherford in the past, and each time at Weatherford was a horrible experience. Horrible (see my review of that office). But this Decatur branch was awesome. They, too were “understaffed” (like Weatherford also used as an excuse), but these 2 gentlemen ran this office like a well oiled machine. Great, helpful attitudes, sense of humor, fast, efficient. We will always try Decatur Enterprise first, from now on. Great experience.

PARIS TX IS AWEFUL!!!! DECATUR TX was great for pickup!! WEATHERFORD TX Great for return!!! Paris Tx lied to me twice about availability no car had car then no car would be 8 days for availability and would charge a fee of which they didn’t know what it would be. Office very dirty and smelly!! Thankful for family 3 hours away!

I had a car accident Monday and went to Enterprise in Decatur and Nicholas Ricciardi hooked me up with a car. He was so nice and helpful in my time of need. I had to take that car back today and get another one due to an issue with it. Nick and Luke went out of their way to make up for the inconvenience of me having to come back and exchange cars. The customer service they provided is almost unheard of these days. I highly recommend using Enterprise in Decatur.

If I could give more stars I would. Nick and Lucas went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend this location. I will choose Enterprise in the future for any rental car needs but I will travel out of my way to do business with Nick and Lucas at the Decatur location.
