Enterprise Rent-A-Car

STAY AWAY!! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Went to pickup a midsize vehicle, she charged my card, accepted my insurance, then once complete, was provided an economy car. When we questioned if we would get a price accommodation, she immediately canceled our reservation and asked us to leave. I Asked for proof of the cancellation and refused to provide it to us. She said if we asked any other questions for proof of the cancelation, she would call the police on us. Have never dealt with anything like this in my life of a manager who treated a customer like this. Would not recommend,. STAY AWAY

Excellent service. They called me, picked me up. They got me the vehicle I needed. Very happy with the service I received from them. I would highly recommend them. I went to the deerfield location east Hillsborough deerfield beach Florida.

My review is specific to Enterprise in general and not applicable to this particular location despite renting a vehicle from this establishment. I dissatisfied overall with Enterprise overall. I rented a Kia from this location which had issues with the one screen navigation. It was a 2023 model and I had to reset the screen which was blacked out. This made travel cumbersome as everyone relies on Google Maps for directions. Despite this, I returned the vehicle on time with extra gas (Full) compared to when I rented it with on 3/4 full. I received no compensation or acknowledgement. However, what annoyed me is I later received a charge via email for a Toll Charge of $1.45 with a service charge for $4.95. Enterprise is the absolute best car rental company around. They are friendly and so accommodating. I hardly had to wait to get the car which I turned in a couple of different times. I was able to return the car at a different location for my convenience. They are awesome. I highly recommend enterprise

Avoid this car rental at all costs. I was sent to this location by my insurance, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The first car they gave me had an expired license plate, and because of their negligence I received an $86 fine. I filed a complaint immediately, and they told me I would be refunded within 10 business days. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting. I returned the vehicle on November 7th, and I was supposed to receive my $150 deposit back within 3 business days. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received a single dollar. I’ve called multiple times, I’ve gone in person, and the answer is always the same: “You have to wait.” I even spoke with customer service, who promised to escalate the case — nothing has happened.
