Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Update. I talked to someone from the main office she realized i was over charged for 2 days. Waited all day for the refund nothing called again, i was told the manager was gonna call me. Hours later a employee not manager called me and didnt seem to get it through his head i only had the car for 15 days and he refunded me 51$. You people are nothing but crooks and ill make sure everyone knows it!!! Never will I rent a car from here again. Watch your bank account people they charged me almost 1200$ for the cheapest car they had for 2 weeks. They were constantly in and out of my bank account for the whole 2 weeks with different amounts then when I return the car they take out almost 1200$ for a lousy car that was dirty inside when I got it and you could hardly see out the windshield cause so

I was so surprised when I got into my rental. It was the truck of my dreams with the top level trim package. I hated returning it. I extended my rental a day with ease and pick up and drop off were quick and easy! Great customer service.

Great experience and would use them again in a heartbeat. Tom was absolutely fabulous, friendly and super helpful. Made the process easy and answered all my questions.

First of all, the advantage is the team in Derry, New Hampshire. They are outstanding. From the manager Tom down to the newest person on the team they are EXTREMELY helpful! The vehicle is always clean, ready on time, and we can drop it off after hours. For our mission taking care of customers I give Enterprise and the Derry location an A++

Tom and Nick from the Derry, New Hampshire.office came through for the wedding party. We needed a large SUV to help with transportation of the wedding party to their venue. These vehicles are hard to come by, but Nick and Tom did their absolute best and came through for us. The vehicle was clean and extremely comfortable for everyone.
