Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My insurance provided a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I had coordinated and confirmed the pickup appointment, from the repair shop to thethe prior week. Despite this, I received a call the morning of, threatening to cancel my reservation. Although I was eventually picked up and taken to the office, my rental vehicle still wasn't ready. Office personnel were friendly and courteous.

Toni has perfect customer service skills. He’s great with people. Really interacts well with all clients! He’s just awesome all the way around. He’s the only reason I keep coming back. The manager lady, was extremely rude and doesn’t need to be around people, much less in the position she is in. Toni is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. He really makes the entire place feel like a good old fashioned family reunion with all customers. Definitely need to keep him as long as you possibly can!! Thank you so much for always being you and helping me out!

This is a Super Business to get a rental from. The employee was extremely helpful in all areas. Truely knew her job.. Her name was Kristian. Will Truely be back there for a rental in the future times !! Very pretty and clean car !!! 2024

Enterprise continues to impress me. Although this location was new to me and I needed a car on short notice, the employees were efficient, professional, and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great service and for getting me on the road so fast.

They did not have our vehicle. We needed a 7 passenger van and reserved it days prior. Day of, we show up and all they have is a 6 passenger truck. We are supposed to put our luggage in the back of the truck and share seat belts? They said they called and left a message. 0 messages on my phone and they had the correct number. Horrible service. Save your time and money, go to another company.
