Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Although this is a very, very small location it is highly busy. The current staff is wonderful. Romel the Manager was very helpful and accommodating, and Chris truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue! In spite of having a reservation, there were no cars upon my arrival. He worked diligently and QUICKLY to locate an upgraded vehicle at a nearby location. I was most grateful. I don't always expect flawless experiences but I do expect resolutions and excellent customer service and that's what I received. The staff here deserves additional help/staffing, because both they, and Enterprise customers merit it. They could also benefit from a larger fleet of cars, since as I said earlier, this is a high traffic location. I will return due to a positive staff experience.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. The car was clean, in great condition, and exactly what I needed. Customer service went above and beyond, and returning the vehicle was just as smooth. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again. Highly recommended.

My experience at the Doral Enterprise location was excellent. The staff were courteous and attentive, and they helped me choose a vehicle that would make returning it in another city as hassle-free as possible. Romel was especially kind and even reminded me to add the rental’s license plate to my SunPass. Upon return, Darwin was professional and very helpful. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely rent from this location again.

On November 12, I reserved a Chrysler Pacifica. When I arrived for pickup, the manager informed me that the vehicle was not available and admitted that this happens often because Enterprise lists cars they don’t actually have. He offered me a Toyota Camry instead and repeatedly assured me that I could switch to a van once I arrived in Nashville. This turned out to be completely false. At the Nashville airport location, the staff told me they were not allowed to make any vehicle changes and were surprised that Miami had promised this. I was left with no solution and completely stranded in Nashville, which forced me to pay for three nights in a hotel while trying to sort out the situation. In the end, I had to rent a van from Sixt, and because it was a last-minute, one-way rental, it ended
