I had the opportunity to speak with, I believe his name is Malik, and he was wonderful. He was so helpful on the phone. Then when I picked up my rental today, Kayla was super sweet and just amazing. They definitely have amazing customer service!

Lakia, Kaila, and Deanthony really took care of me—great energy, great service, and they made the whole process easy. The car was clean, ready to go, and everything was handled with care and respect. Great customer service experience. We had booked a rental at a nearby location that didn’t have what we needed, despite the fact that I called beforehand to verify that they had it before the reservation. 😒 One of the staff members from here, a young gentleman, happened to be in the facility and checked with his store for us to verify that they had what we needed. It was a seamless transition and we're highly satisfied with the level of customer service we received. As I told them today, we will definitely be back when we need to rent another vehicle.

Enterprise receives a 5-star rating from me again! Very user-friendly staff and they put me at ease from the time I entered the store. I had not rented a vehicle for some time and the experience will be share with others.
