Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience from start to finish! The customer service was extremely friendly and efficient. The process only took a few minutes and I was quickly on my way in a great vehicle. I will definitely rent from them again! Five star's!!

The most nonchalant lack of service I have had the displeasure of encountering in a long time. It is rare that I leave a review, but there are some occasions where it is absolutely think it's warranted. Let me say, the malfunction of my vehicle was not their fault. The absolute lackluster to poor customer service should be noted. I have a rant, but I will save it now that I have had an opportunity to cool off a bit. My mid-sized SUV had a check engine light and was failing to accelerate. Customer service was great, directed me to the Dublin store. Want there, understand it's a small market, even though their inventory reflected they had a vehicle Long story short, I spent two days trying to get out of the Toyota Corolla they put me in , they made no effort to get it switched out. T

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get a car because they had none in for my reservation. I had to pay for an upgrade because they still didn’t have anything in during the time I was there. If we hadn’t taken a video of the car before we left they would’ve have tried to charge me for damage that was previously done to the car.

Absolutely horrible. I called in the call center and they assigned me a full size truck, but when I got to the office I was told they didn't have a full size truck ,but they did have a mazada cx30 for me the wife and 3 kids. Then the price went from $400 to $1000. for 3-day rental. In a bind and need it for emergency,I agree but wait it gets worse. Then the check in girl states she can't rent a vehicle to me due to me having a company vehicle rental already. And I'm 3.5 hrs away from home . Needless to say I had to find other means of transportation. My suggestion go to anyone but enterprise. It starts with a lie and it ends with a lie.

Enterprise Dublin, Ga was a major disappointment to me when I really need to rent a car. Mistakes can be made but when a company has no way of correcting THEIR MISTAKE is another matter. Enterprise did NOTHING to correct THEIR mistake. They left me hanging.
