Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The rental was good, signing up was easy. The only issue i had was I was not familiar with this car. It would have been nice to have them give me a review of where things were. If I was younger, I am sure it would not have been a problem.

I have been renting from this location for a couple of years but today they gave me the best service yet! Online I reserved a van and it went through. My vans water pump went out and we needed a car for Thanksgiving that we are leaving tomorrow for. This morning they called and said they don't think they will honor this because they don't have any 7 passenger cars available. They called around to different locations and called customers to see if they wanted to switch out and we got a car. They went above and beyond any service I have ever gotten from them. I will continue to rent from here. They have really turned this place around under the new management.

Aubree at Enterprise was a blessing on a freezing morning in Dubuque! Being from Alabama, I really didn't want to walk 5 minutes in 9° temperatures. She quickly picked us up from our hotel, let us sit in the warm car while she went over the paperwork and was just so friendly, professional and efficient!! Thank you Aubree!

I rented a few vehicles from this location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have excellent customer service.

Dubuque has limited options. But showing up with a reservation wait over a half hour after checking in and then the display screen is out, so I had to drive without it. It was touch screen, thankfully I could still access the temperature controls. Very nice people. But inventory was depleted.
