Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise was very courteous to me! They provided a free pick up and drop off from the auto body shop that my own car was in for repair at. The car rental I was in had a funny smell inside it. When I called to let them know about it they immediately offered to switch me to a different car. While I decided to stay with the current rental, I really appreciated them offering me a switch. Staff are easy to work with. They texted me helpful information and I really appreciated how easy it was to use their service! Yes, I would use them again and recommend.

Great, seamless rental experience. We needed a rental after a car accident, and everything was super simple. Service was fast, friendly and thorough. And super affordable; that surprised me and made me happy since we have benefit limits with our insurance. They even had a sales team member reach out (with my permission) as we were in the market to purchase another vehicle. We ended up finding exactly what we were looking for with a local dealership, but I would definitely consider buying from them in the future. Thank you!

Enterprise is great! My car was totaled in a different state. I had to get back home that day. Enterprise got me the car I needed so I could return home. I then had to move and get a bigger vehicle. They were very accommodating and helpful with no issues.

Top notch customer service! Enterprise picked me up from the repair shop and brought me to their office. They also upgraded my economy car for a sedan for $3 a day more! After dropping off the rental, they brought me back to the shop to pick up my car. Amazing service!
