Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Our car was in the shop and we needed a quick rental; the Enterprise experience was simple and easy. When we needed to extend our rental for a day that was no problem either. Ian was very helpful from booking, to extension, and at return too. It's nice when what could have been a stressful situation turns out to be breezy. Thank you!

I have had nothing but good experiences with enterprise until I rented from the East Greenbush location. Keep an eye on your accounts after working with them because they will overcharge you and even after calling them about the mistake they will continue to charge you days later. This branch does not represent enterprise as a whole and would assume the management is just bad at this location. Take your business to another branch in the Capital Region.

I carefully selected this location because the website showed they had child car seats where the Albany train station branch did not. It turns out they don't. So I paid for a non-existent child car seat and arrived only to find out they don't even offer them as a matter of course. No attempt to help fix the situation that was 100% their fault. The airport branch maybe had car seats, but their line was solidly busy so there was no way to confirm and would have been a $40 Uber ride away. I had to make an emergency shopping trip to Walmart to buy a car seat while leaving my family at the train station. Submitted a complaint and request for compensation to the corporate customer service line, which said they would refer it to the area manager. No apology, no response after a month. Bew

Rental experience was simple and easy. I needed to extend our rental a few days and that was no problem at all. Return was easy too. Thanks, Enterprise team.

Every phone call and interaction with the guys at East Greenbush enterprise was positive informative and kind. I will definitely go there next time I need to rent a vehicle.
