I was reserved a car through my insurance that was supposed to be 100% paid for by my insurance!!! I got to the enterprise & they informed me that the car that was initially reserved for me needed an oil change, so I waited for a little over an hour until they could find another car for me. While waiting, the enterprise representative went through all the different types of coverages and plans with me and asked if I would like to purchase any, and I explained to him that I dont not want to add anything that would cause me to pay out of pocket for the rental. The enterprise representative understood and told me that my insurance would coverage 100% of the rental (that is also stated on the rental agreement that he printed out for me.) My car was in the auto shop for repairs so I rented a Volkswagen Jetta (late model). The coolant notification keeps coming up on the monitor and the check engine. I notified them about it and they told me that the car was ok. The said that other customers had the same complaints. I was puzzled as to why would they keep renting out this car if they had previous complaints about it. I was hoping and praying everyday that it wouldn't breakdown on me. All the seats had a lot of soil substance marks on them. I had to put bed sheets from my home on them while I had the car, then threw them away in their dumpster on the day I returned the car. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN.

What a breath of fresh air this location is!!!! Recently we needed to rent a car and we used this location in East Orange. Every step of the transaction was smooth and easy. The customer service is superb. We had the pleasure of working with the branch manger, Dani Okai and his team, Adam and Zechariah. Dani was warm, friendly, professional and came towards us every step of the way. Adam made it possible to bring back the car in an easier way as to alleviate some potential complications. The staff at the East Orange location were phenomenal. I initially rented a vehicle that unfortunately broke down, and the subsequent switch-out process—particularly involving the Wayne location—was extremely challenging and inconvenient. After approximately a week, the East Orange team was able to switch me into another vehicle, and for that I am very grateful. While I would highly recommend the East Orange location, the switch-out process and the team responsible for coordinating it could benefit from additional training. After my vehicle broke down in Clifton, no replacement options were offered, so I took the initiative to contact approximately ten different locations myself before finally reaching Wayne, which agreed to the switch.
