Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Got a rental from this place recently through random search, since my car was out on service and being without a loaner car. Called in and got picked from home on a Chevy Tahoe to get to this place. Miranda was amazing right from pickup to getting me a nice upgrade of a Hyundai Kona for the same price , only because of the condition of car availability which was my good luck. The checkout process was very fluent and the car condition was great. I had to return the car earlier than what I anticipated because of the loaner availability and the checkout was smooth again. I now know a place where I can look for my next rental needs if I would have one again.

I had a very good experience with Enterprise in Edison. The service was smooth, professional, and truly customer focused from start to finish. A special thanks to Mun Hew, he went above and beyond by helping me drop off my belongings when I went to pick up my car from the auto body shop. That extra support made the entire process stress-free and convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I really appreciate the team’s professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommended!

I especially appreciated the service provided by Brandon, the onsite representative—his support was excellent. The only area for improvement was regarding the fuel policy. I was informed that the vehicle did not need to be returned with a full tank and that I could refill it to the same level upon return, which was a bit tricky. As a result, I ended up filling the tank completely, leading to unnecessary extra fuel costs for me. Aside from that, the overall service was great. I will definitely be choosing Enterprise again in the future. I have been renting from your facility for over five years now, which speaks volumes about your service quality. I have rented a car from this location several times and have always been pleased with my experience. This last time was probably the best because the associate did not pressure me to purchase any extras. The car was exactly what I needed. I would definitely rent from this location again.

There’s a young guy there his name is Christopher, he’s very knowledgeable and answers all the questions or concerns you have. I rented a car and renewed it too a couple times. I’ll probably come back to this same rental if ever I need another car rental. The staff here are very friendly / knowledgeable and everything goes by smooth. Chris needs to get a raise, awesome employee. So is Brandon! Thanks guys.
