Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Angela, for her outstanding service. She was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Angela went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the rental experience stress-free. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. Customer service at this location truly stands out, and it’s clear that Angela leads her team with care and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location and will definitely use them again in the future.

Rented a large passenger van. The van was better than expected - it was a Mercedes ! Car was clean and ready for me when I showed up at my expected time. When i dropped it off, the whole process took only 5 minutes. Great customer experience !

On 11/25/25 my husband showed up at the Ellicott City branch to pick up a reserved vehicle with confirmation number in hand. He was told they/we had no vehicle and there were no options given despite making a reservation several weeks in advance. The branch stated they left a voicemail the day before with my husband. None was received because they had the incorrect number on file. With 4 adults who'd taken time off work for the Thanksgiving trip, luggage and coolers packed and hotel reservations in another state where we were expected, there was no way to get another car on such short notice. No compensation has been offered, just sympathy with the message: "It's out of our control.". There has been no follow up from the area managers after 5 calls who've stated the matter has been escala

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have called this location 5 times and have been placed on hold for over 10 minutes each time and then hung up on. Two of those times, I could here whomever talking the background and slamming the phone before once again placing me on hold. I have yet been able to reach someone in the office about my reservation. This is my first and last time using this location.
