DONT EVER BOOK ONLINE. No trucks. Reserved a truck over the phone. The reservation agent said they had a truck. Quoted us for a truck. We drove from Columbus to get this truck. We arrived. NO TRUCKS. Enterprise pretty much forces you to use their online system, or their telephone agents. They DONT let you talk to the actual reps who are in the office. It’s not the guy behind the counters fault that enterprise has horrible business practices and policies and lie to their customers.
I appreciate their great customer service, the ability to modify my rental online, and the 2025 Chevrolet Blazer. Thanks so much!
The gentleman I rented the car from was very knowledgeable and friendly. The other gentleman that picked us up from the mechanic to take us to get the car was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. There should be more car rental in our area. The price was totally outrageous for a car, front wheel drive for a couple days. At least the car was clean. Did have a warning for crash detection was off.
The rental experience was very professionally handled by the agent. I am not happy with all the new Safety Junk on new cars, but they didn't have any old cars, so if you rent one, you better Google the driver's manual for it.
Horrible location that needs to be shut down.They never have any rentals even though I made reservations days earlier and this happened too often to count.May as well close or do away with reservations if they're not gonna honor or accommodate anyone.Not to mention I'm a Gold member‼️
