I have beenngiven so many different updates on the services being done my car that head is spinning! I wish someone e could be straightforward and let me know what else is needed tk be done for it to be completed. I always get Christy, who by the way, sounds professional but she just dont know what is going on there unfortunately. And the person that does never tells me anything substantial. So I am left with calling every other day to get an answer. I just called and was told that Justin in the shop was there but after being placed on hold. I was told he was gone. I honestly feel like he just didnt want to be bothered with this concerned customer. I am not from Alabama but since my vehicle needed services there I was told that this place was the place to take it. Its not feeling too pro

They did a great job on the insurance repair on my truck and had it back to me really quick! They also did some work recently on our sons Jeep and kept the work to a minimum to keep the cost down while still making it a functional vehicle again. Great family owned and run company with awesome service!

I was involved in an auto accident and they promptly towed my BMW that was over 45 minutes away. They made the repairs and did a great job and on time. Best of all my vehicle was completely detailed when I picked it up. Thanks Precision you did great!

Customer service is top notch here! Justin took his time to detail my truck and made sure everything was to my expectations. Staff there is very friendly and goes above & beyond to make sure you get the service you need! If you need work done this is the place to go! I will always bring my vehicles here!
