Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had the opportunity to rent a car at the Evergreen way Enterprise, here in Everett while having repairs done to my car. The shop was convenient located next to the repairs shop so there was no hassle with the whole drop off and pick up process that can happen during this kind of adventure. Speaking of less hassles they conveniently reached out prior and during the process to ensure things were going smoothly and ensure my needs were taken care of. There selection of vehicles was great with a variety to choose from. Now I'm terrible with names, so I am using their first initial in my review. Great overall experience. Only thing is i paid and reserved and SUV rental but only got a sedan, Malibu. I was NOT given a dicount or anything, i sure asked!! But we had been flying all day so i just took it the sedan. So do better than me, and make sure u get what u paid for, only rent standards size or acquire some type of commodation for nit getting what reserved. Ok just saying we pay a lot of money to rent these vehicles! But other than that, everything was great.

Disappointment. I have used this location several times to reserve cars and SUVs for family trips. I made a reservation for my birthday. I checked in prior to my rental time. Once I arrived, I was told that a car was returned with a flat tire and they will call the repair shop to find out if the car would be available soon. Apparently the wait time was too long because I was told that they have a return, a Kia Soul. This was a downgrade and not okay, but my disappointment and deep concern was that the car would only get a 5 min. cleaning. There was no apology, attempt to correct the problem in a professional manner. I called the 1-800 customer service number, and emailed corporate with my disappointment and concerns.
