Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The overall experience was smooth. The car provided was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go with minimal fuss. Staff were courteous and efficient. That said, I was caught off guard by the large deposit being taken at the outset. While I understand the rationale, it would have been preferable to have this highlighted more clearly during booking. The charge was processed without issue, but it left a slightly awkward aftertaste to an otherwise professional interaction. Solid service, Just be sure to read the fine print.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years in several different locations. For the perhaps the past 10 years I have been renting a car each year from Enterprise in Exeter, NH. The service is usually good, but this year I would especially like to praise a young man named James Morse who is an Assistant Branch Manager there. Although I am an elderly woman and unused to some of the modern features on cars today, he seemed very experienced in providing just the right car for me and was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient explaining several features of my rented car to me. When I return to Exeter next year I will certainly ask for him to assist me, or if he is not there, hear that he has been promoted!

My experience was positive. All staff I spoke to were courteous helpful and thorough. I would recommend Enterprise. The rental prices were affordable.

Super friendly, great communication when needed. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop and had to extend the original dates out longer and they made it 100% stress free!

The staff were accommodating and polite. No request was too much ! The car was clean and ran well. I would definitely use them again.
