Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great customer service! After finding several locations completely booked — and unfortunately still allowing reservations — my wife and I stopped in to see if we could secure a vehicle for a quick trip to PA. The location was very busy when we first arrived, so we walked next door to CVS to grab some snacks and came back shortly after. When we returned, the store had cleared out and the team was able to assist us right away. Due to limited availability, we had to upgrade to a full-size SUV, but that worked out perfectly for our trip. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, if that. The service was efficient, professional, and friendly. I truly can’t say anything negative about the staff or the experience. I’ve been going through it lately with having to rent a car but every time I go everyone is great. Especially Chelsea, she’s always straight to the point and makes the process easy, thank you to her and enterprise. It helps having someone that can make your rental process easy.

Great staff in a great location. I used them since I needed a car rental after a car insurance claim. All the staff was helpful and had no issue picking the car or returning it. Definitely recommend it. They even offer shuttle service if you need to be picked up at the car shop.

I was so stressed out about renting a car after 15 years of not having to do so. Im sure I drove them crazy in the office with all my questions, but Chelsea and the team that was there took really good care of us. I appreciate the patience and genuine care. Would recommend!! 👌🏾

The enterprise customer service was superb and the upgrade in he size of my choice in vehicles really help me have a better driving experience. The vehicle ran as expected , the mileage was pretty high for the year of the vehicle and it had odd smoke smell coming out of AC unit when starting up. The cabin filter definitely needs replacement. Overall GREAT job Enterprise team !! I would rent form Enterprise anytime. Thanks and kudos to the Fairfax Nutely crew keeping everything running smoothly.
