Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had an awful experience at this location despite being a Platinum tier renter. I arrived with a reservation for a standard-size vehicle. As per Enterprise policy, if the reserved vehicle class is unavailable at the time of rental, the customer should be upgraded at no additional cost. The clerk assisting me, Emily, informed me that only full-size vehicles were available, and I agreed to take one. However, she then told me that I needed to go into my app and change my reservation to a full-size vehicle because that was all they had. I explained that Enterprise’s policy is to provide a complimentary upgrade when the reserved class is unavailable. Emily was clearly aware of this policy, yet she insisted I change my reservation anyway, stating that “it’s a pride thing” and that since I was

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, including a ride from Enterprise to a nearby location after the rental. Personnel were friendly and professional. The vehicle, itself, was in good working order and clean and tidy. We got the rental through Costco.

I rented my car from Manny at Enterprise, and he was fantastic to work with. He really listened to what I wanted, made sure I got a car I liked, and even worked directly with my insurance to make the process smooth. He explained everything clearly, especially how renting works when going through insurance, which was super helpful. Manny went above and beyond with his communication and was always respectful, professional, and attentive to details. He made sure I was in a car I was comfortable with, and I truly appreciated that. I’d definitely recommend going to him if you’re renting a car. He made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant.
