Enterprise Rent-A-Car

People working the counter at the airport were very pleasant and competent. I had to cut my trip short by two days and was offered a refund for those days. When I returned the car, I forgot my garage door remote in the car. The young man at the counter offered to go out on this very cold and windy day to retrieve it for me. Great customer service from start to finish of my rental. Highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental!

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to express my severe disappointment and frustration regarding a rental car experience I had this past summer with Enterprise. I was charged over $1,400 due to a damage claim filed against me, despite having the vehicle for less than 48 hours. The car's usage was limited to driving from the airport to a remote parking spot at a resort and back to the airport. My primary mistake was not taking detailed photographs of the car before driving it off the lot. I strongly encourage anyone renting from the Enterprise/National location in Fargo, North Dakota, to thoroughly document the vehicle's condition before departure. So there was a huge misunderstanding with my rental when we left Las Vegas yesterday morning. So We got to Fargo airport today expecting a big issue with things. We got to the rental return and explained what had happened to an employee by the name of Jayden, not sure of the spelling,,, but the guy was super helpful and understanding about the situation. He offered to fix the miss-hap and proceeded to do so…. I can’t express how thankful I am for his quick thinking on this. It’s people like him that give hope that good customer service is still a thing. Thank you young man

The process of getting the car was fast and easy. But was dissatisfied with the car for the fact that the grill was broken out in it like the car rear ended another car. The car had tree pitch all over it and was dirty and the inside of the car had trash under the seats in the console and the trunk has stick stuff spilled all over inside of it. I took pictures and went back in and showed them, and they said there was no notes made of damage being on the car. I took the car like that because they really didn’t have that many cars to choose from and I had to go pick up a truck I bought. I should have took pic of the inside but didn’t. I had a 12hr drive ahead of me and just wanted to get on the road.

We were treated so poorly by the attendant Riley-he raisex his voice at us, rolled his eyes at us and trapped us in the airport by refusing to retrieve a carseat we had called before to reserve. We emailed the Asst Manager Nathan about the experience and got no reply. My family and I arrived late and had called ahead to let them know our flight was delayed and we needed a carseat. We were given our car quickly but the attendant Riley would not retrieve our carseat until he helped the line of 8-9 people. We pleaded as it was 11pm, our child was sleeping and had a long drive ahead of us. He refused said it didn't matter that we called ahead earlier because we didn't speak to him.
