Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am normally pleased with the servicevif Enterprise. Having rented many times before from them....however this was a very frustrating situation...When reserving for our trip...we chose based on seating AND cargo room (both vital to our trip).....referenced vehicle or similar,.which would have worked...BUT when picking up , the vehicle was lacking major cargo space . Which I had called about previously and specifically stated about space....... What was there was unacceptable for our needs ...took another hour before we were able to get another vehicle... The enterprise employee worked with us as quick as possible to remedy the situation but the 2nd employee where we had to travel 45 mins to pickup suitable vehicle was rude....... There needs to be away to avoid said situation......seating

Experience: booking online and completing at the store. Very easy. Had an issue with my personal car that is going to take a bit to fix. I was able to book online and pick up at the location the same day. While I was there we spoke with and got everything lined out with a very kind young lady who made sure the rental process was easy and secure. I wasayne there thirty minutes total I cluding waiting for the rental before me to complete. But the bad. She was having issues with her physical keyboards on both office PCs causing it to take a little longer. Not her fault I'm sure and she stated it had been ongoing for a while. Makes you loose a little faith in the broader company if they refuse to replace keyboards which are super cheap online to make guest and employee experiences bett

The girls were excellent to work with. I rented a car for a couple of days, only it turned out to be worst weekend weather. I was able to complete my travels but then I was snowed in for 3 1/2 days and unable to return the vehicle. They worked with me on the pricing due to the situation. Would recommend them and personally use them again

Do NOT rent from this place They don't honor their reservations. They will charge you for their largest vehicle and then shove you out the door with their smallest, even when they do have the car you rented on their lot. They won't hold the vehicle you requested even if you booked far in advance. John was very unpleasant and unprofessional, according to him your reservation email confirmation is not enough proof of your reservation. This isn't the first issue with this lot but it is the last time I rent from them, it's not worth the poor treatment.

Unfortunately, I have never experienced the bizarre and blatant unprofessionalism displayed by Lindsey Rich. Leaving this review and reporting to corporate because I was and still am literally dumbfounded by the way this person was acting. After waiting in line for 25 minutes, while Lindsey was checking me out (which took another 15 minutes because she was acting so weird) she decided to ask me a question about the vehicle that drove me there. As if it was any of her business, I answered her stupid question. She then proceeded to ask follow up questions and hounded me about the vehicle that drove me there. I answered all of her stupid questions and then she proceeds to make ugly faces at me the entire rest of the time I was there. After it was all done and I thought she would just drop it
