Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Brittany Katz at the Flemington, NJ location was superb with getting me set up with vehicle. She picked out a great SUV 4WD vehicle knowing that was my car that was getting repaired, and knowing the impending weather of major snow. She hustled so hard to clean the truck because as she said,"It just wasn't up to my standards." I truly appreciated that kind of hustle and then she ran it through the car wash to provide me a very nice vehicle. I've been using Enterprise for years and never had that type of Concierge Excellence. She should train all staff to do exactly the same! Brittany made the experience!!! While my car was being repaired from hitting a deer, I rented a car for a few weeks from Enterprise Rental in Flemington. Nick, Brittany, Brendon and the fella’ who picked me up (don’t remember his name😜), could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with! Their customer service is stellar, and I would recommend using them for your possible car rental needs!😊

An excellent experience! I rented a car during a repair at a local shop. Everyone I interacted with at Enterprise was friendly, thorough, smart and efficient. They provided me with a hybrid as requested when I set up the rental. They picked me up from and drove me back to the repair location. The staff at Enterprise made my car rental a happy experience. Terrible! I never leave a review so negative. They had no cars for for 3 people with reservations. Couldn't help in anyway and stated wait 2/3 days its 23° outside.
