Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, courteous, and very efficient from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Customer service was excellent—they were patient, clear with explanations, and truly accommodating. I highly recommend Enterprise for anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car rental experience.

Picked up my SUV at the Flushing, Queens location and returned it to the Southport, North Carolina location. The staff at both locations were extremely helpful and made my rental experience super easy. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again. Picture is the SUV that I rented.

My experience with Enterprise was excellent. I rented my ride at Roslyn Enterprise for a week. Everyone was friendly, all the "paperwork" and options were explained and they gave me great price. The associate showed me where the gas door release was, car manufacturers hide them 🥴 and sometimes dont label them! I returned my rental to Enterprise in Flushing (165th & Northern). AGAIN I had a great experience. The return went smoothly, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was reimbursed for a tire repair and they graciously drove me to where I am staying.

I ended up having an issue with my rental and I was promptly taken care of by the manager. The team is very knowledgeable about the details concerning my rental and the vehicles they have available. I never felt rushed nor was I pressured with any extras. Very pleasant experience and I will be using them in the future.

This was the best experience I had in renting a car. My car was hit from behind so I contacted State Farm insurance. That was the person's insurance who hit me. They contacted Enterprise rental, who they use. While I was talking to State Farm, Matthew called me from Enterprise. Quickly got off with State Farm. Matthew asked me questions and I told him I live two blocks away. He said come over. The SUV was ready and I just had to sign a couple of documents. He went over the car with me making sure I was familiar with that SUV. I was in the car in five minutes. Great service. I returned it to him. They looked it over and i was out of there in 5 minutes including talking with him . That Enterprise location with Matthew was perfect. Great job. I highly recommend.
