Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a vehicle from Enterprise after being involved in a car accident. When the car was delivered, the interior was dirty and not properly cleaned. Under normal circumstances, I would have returned it immediately, but because I had just been in a wreck and insurance was covering the rental, I kept the vehicle out of necessity. I expect better quality control and customer care, especially in situations where customers are already dealing with stressful circumstances like an accident. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations.

I had an amazing experience with Cliff at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forney! He truly should be the face of that location. From the moment I walked in, his customer service was top-tier. The check-in process was incredibly fast and seamless, and he made everything so easy. Cliff was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and welcoming. He has the perfect personality for this job — friendly, efficient, patient, and attentive. You can tell he cares about customers having a great experience. The people were friendly, helpful and patient. Our rental had an issue and my husband who handles these things wasn't available so I had to go in alone and they really made the whole process smooth and stress free.
