Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great Service Every Time!!!!! I’ve used this location multiple times over the past year for professional and personal rentals. Every time they are awesome. The process is always streamlined and easy, but they never leave out the personal touch and seem invested in your experience. I’ve been meaning to leave a positive review for a while but today I finally chiseled out the time because today more than anything I really needed them. I left my work phone in a car yesterday after I returned it and I was able to return today and they had it safely locked away for me. Thank you always! See y’all again soon for sure!

I was rear-ended and the other driver's insurance company provided me with a rental car while mine was being repaired at Caliber Collision. Enterprise has shuttles going from Caliber Collision, making transport when you drop off your vehicle very convenient. Staff were very friendly when I arrived to pick up my rental and I had no troubles. They require a $100 security deposit to be refunded when the rental is returned. It was cold outside and they let me stand inside while they were moving the rental up to the front for me to just get in, no need to walk. I got a very nice, clean car that I really enjoyed driving. It had the manual within the glove box as well. When it was time to drop off my rental, I was able to bring it to Caliber Collision and Enterprise sent out someone to come pick

Theres a large sign saying they don't allow smoking in thier rentals. Yet when I got mine the first time I turned on the air the cabin was flooded with the smell of cigarettes. It was a very nasty surprise especially for someone that gave up smoking and cannot stand the smell of it anymore. So please be wary as to the cleanliness of the cars from here. I even sent an email asking if this was a common problem and if anything could be done and never got a response either. So customer service doesnt seem to be paramount here either. Just grateful to have my own smoke free car back.

Not all car rental spots are created equal. Great Service: This Enterprise location has always provided us excellent service and reliable, well kept vehicles. If you need a local pick-up/drop off, they have a friendly driver for that as well. Consistent over Time: We have rented here for several occasions over several years and have consistently enjoyed the service and attention provided by the staff - articulate, helpful, informative. We know the options: We have had terrible experiences with smelly cars or cars in poor condition from other companies and locations, so especially appreciate a place where you're treated well and receive quality service. And Reliable: Which is probably the number one attribute you seek when renting a car!

I wanted to say my experience with Tay was great! Very professional and can hold a conversation. He was very helpful as I had such a headache with my personal truck which was sent to the shop for repairs. I appreciate the great customer service and am thankful for employees like him. I am a frequent flyer of Enterprise and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. Thank you!
