Enterprise Rent-A-Car

CJ and his team were fantastic. I rented a car from here for a 2.5 week roadtrip. We realized on getting there that the compact car we originally booked to try and save money wasn't going to fit our luggage. CJ was able to secure us a slightly larger car that didn't break the bank. Car was spacious, incredible on gas (as CJ noted it would be), and felt safe to drive. CJ was friendly, flexible, and accommodating. The return process was also very quick, we returned the car a day early and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely come back here for my future rental needs.

I have been renting from this location for over a year now and have received excellent service with every single rental. All staff provide great customer service and the process is always streamlined and efficient. The cars are always cleaned and comfortable.

The absolute worst car rental experience. Had a rental for over a month in that time: First car was removed from the fleet and I was made to swap out vehicles at my inconvenience. Second car had a flat tire, and they apperantly dont have spares in the new rentals. Was left sitting on the side of the road for 4 hours waiting on thier tow truck. Made to drive 3 hours round trip to get to an after hours enterprise for a replacement vehicle. Over a flat! Was refused a vehicle until the following day, at a 3rd enterprise location. Got on site where I was told there was nothing they could do. Drove ANOTHER hour to the next closest location to finally be put in a vehicle. Absolutely atrocious customer service, extremely unsafe practices. Will never spend money here again, had I had another option

Enterprise rent a car has never disappointed. The car I was supposed to have rented was found to need an oil change because the previous customer drove it an unexpected three thousand miles. They gave me a bigger nicer rental for the same price I would have paid for the compact suv I originally chose. Their associates or friendly And I did not have to wait long.

Picked up a car here, there was small dents and scratches on it (like most rentals you pick up) they never marked anything on the damage reports prior to me picking it up. I go to drop it off at another location, the guy looked around it said it was good to go, signed off no damages since there wasn’t any other than small dings and scratches.. 8 days later I get a damage claim I call about it and they tell me “the guy who checked in the car asked you about this dent and said that I said it was there before I had it” which none of that even happened. Now they are trying to charge for me something i didn’t do. They also won’t send me any pictures to show me what they are trying to charge me for.
