Excellent service and great rent a cars. The young woman that took care of us did an excellent job, got us what we wanted , quick easy experience. The SUV I rented for three weeks was perfect, excellent condition , more then I expected. I ended up needing it an extra week and they accommodated us with no problem at all. Definitely recommend, prices are a little steep , but that's the world we live in today ..

Absolutely horrified by the management here. I booked a rental two weeks in advance pick up on Christmas Eve. not only was the manager absolutely horrendous to work with but she had absolutely zero customer service. I arrrived on Christmas Eve everything was fine but the original card o was trying to use was flagging a scam and was unable to be processe, the worker I was originally working with was very kind and understand. she said I could go get a different card and return as long as I was there before closing at 4 then there wouldn’t be any issues, I did so. I return with 10 minutes left before closing. The manger then denied me because the second card had my husbands name on it, even tho I had proof I was on the account and the last name was the same. I had a bit of a "Rollercoaster" experience with my rental. The car I reserved a month in advance wasn't available so I had to take an "upgrade" at the same cost as my original reservation. This upgrade incurred extra fuel costs for my family's 3k mile road trip. I was initially charged for not returning the rental with a full tank of gas, even though I was told not to fill it up after picking it up with only half a tank. These issues were resolved by Fiona (the branch manager) after showing up and having a conversation with her. All the staff at the location were friendly and willing to work with me to make sure I had an overall good experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! One of the best experiences I have had with a rental company in my life! I dealt with both Kam & Ga. They are super helpful, extremely understanding, and offered me outstanding customer service. Most pleasant interactions! I highly recommend going to them for all your rental needs!

Did not have vehicle I reserved when I arrived at the appointed time. Provided a less than road worthy option that I had to return after just 10 minutes on the road due to safety concerns (tire pressure issues, loss of power entering highway, struggled to maintain speed on hills); provided a replacement vehicle that had a malfunctioning accident warning system that kept flashing on the dashboard that the system was malfunctioning. Do not rent from this location. Was told manager would contact me after returning the second vehicle and I never received a call - just to apologize for my experience. Steer clear!
