I had a great experience! I was able to schedule service quickly and they were very thorough. The part that they originally ordered had an issue and they were able to order a new one and get everything up and running. I really appreciated the follow up phone call, Linda is a gem! I had a loud exhaust issue, and I could see there was a 'break' in the exhaust pipe, so I brought it in for diagnosis. They let me know it was just rusted-through hardware, and gave me a good price for replacement and 1.5 hours labor. No attempt to upsell for new parts I didn't need. It was fixed on time and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend them for speed, honesty and quality.

Very friendly. They did a great job, plus a fast turnover. They knew I needed my vehicle because of medical issues. I am very happy with them.

They were quick to get my mom in to have her brakes done. They stayed in contact with her from beginning to end. In a world that seems to be loosening their customer service protocols this place said let's make our customers happy and satisfied. They were fairly priced considering the going rate for brake fixes. So, I will recommend this specific location every time. And they made no reference to the fact it looked like I was preparing for the apocalypse with everything that was in the backseat. Five stars just for that.

The people at this Meineke were very helpful. I had issues with my brakes and they fixed my broken caliper while working with my budget. They got my car fixed before I had to pick my kid up from school. I highly recommend!
