Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience with Enterprise car rental in Geneva, NY! Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sarah who went above and beyond. Check out and check in were both easy and smooth. We ended up needing to rent an additional couple weeks — and that too was easy and smooth. LOVED the car we were given! New and super clean.

I recently rented a van through Enterprise in Geneva NY. The customer service was exceptional! They gave me a good deal and they were great to work with. The van they recommended was beautiful and worked great for our needs. I will definitely rent through them in the future.

I had the rental for 6 weeks following an auto accident. the first 30 days went great and then I had to pay the last couple of weeks. I was told I was good until the last Friday at midnight. I let the clerk know it would be back at the auto body shop by 5 so they could pick it up. When i got the final bill I was charged until the following Monday at 10am. I feel they owe me 2.5 days. I use enterprise for business many times a year and may think twice now

The whole process from beginning to end was well done and stress-free. Logan and Sarah are awesome employees! I'll definitely be using Enterprise in Geneva for any future vehicle rental needs. Edit: I rented another vehicle this week and as usual, FANTASTIC customer service! Every single person I've ever interacted with from this location has been super kind, helpful, and made the entire process smooth like BUTTAH!

I have been renting from them since Jan 2025. I gotta say, it's been a pleasure. Great cars, but it's the customer service that makes me want to rent from them all the time. Logan, Angel, Sarah, Dan, Brandon, Jackson and John, the best people you could meet! If you want to rent a car, geneva enterprise is the best place to do it.
