Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Sarah H. (Branch Manager) deserves to be commended. Some reviewers appear to have an issue with her but I’m a frequent client and never had an issue with her. I was injured when I was rear-ended last week. The at fault insurance tried to put me into an econobox that caused my back injury to hurt super bad. They tried to do this even though I drive a luxury vehicle. Sarah went to bat for me and called my adjuster and together we got upgraded to a premium. I was switched out to a 2024 Camry originally from Louisiana with 45,000 miles on it, Georgia plates CYN1082. It had a cigarette burn on the steering wheel and on the driver’s seat and was filthy with stained seats and front end damage from a previous driver who clearly had hit a speed bump at full speed and caused mechanical and cosmetic

Good experience getting the car and what customer service I got, for the most part. They did close early without warning (despite me calling ahead) left me outside trying to return my car while holding a baby, which was irritating. There was a staffer inside. They then proceeded to never respond to any of my texts or calls and refused to provide a receipt, possibly because they overcharged me. This might actually be criminal.

Overall, an exceptionally easy process. Due to an emergency, I had to rent a car. Went online through their website and reserved a car. Went to the location and Britney worked with me to get me in the car and on my way. Britney was professional and detail oriented. From the time of check-in, inspection of the car, and handing me my keys, it took me less than 15 minutes. Returning the car, was just as easy. Nolan came out and inspected the car and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. The mid-sized SUV was clean, and in great condition. It met my needs. Since most SUV rental cars don’t come with a cargo cover, I was glad to see that the back windows were tinted enough, so no one could see what was inside. Fantastic experience!

My experience with this local office was positive. It was a 17-day rent while my car was in a repair shop after accident. Communication was great, they picked up phone every time I called. The staff were friendly, they did go an extra mile for me providing a larger car (then initially offered) on the day of pick up without price increase, which was helpful. The car was a nice newer model, fun to drive and had some new driving/safety features I had not tried before. They also gave me a ride back to the repair shop to pick up my fixed car. Overall, I am very satisfied and will consider to give them my business next time if I need a rental car. Thanks!

I was given an SUV that I later found out wasn’t fully covered by my insurance, and no one mentioned that it was at a higher rate.I wasn’t offered any alternatives or told about the price difference until after the fact. It felt like they just wanted to get me out the door quickly without making sure I understood what I was agreeing to. I’ve rented from Enterprise before and usually had good experiences, but this visit really changed my opinion. I hope the company trains their employees to be more transparent with customers in the future.
