It was so wonderful. Great staff n service n the cars were nice n clean. They were there for me when i reached out to them n kept me going. Cant wait for another road trip ill be back. Thanks enterprise.

March.6.26 Picked up and Thx Morgan for an extremely prompt and friendly experience ❤️ Update for March 4.26 ~ Big shout out to Sam for assisting me yesterday regarding my Friday rental pick up as you guys are doing everything right I know you guys are extremely busy in the office between the customers and the phones, but you gals held your patience and kept your professional Smiles going 😃 I hope you all enjoyed those treats. 🧁 We dropped off to show our appreciation for always taking care of us, thank you. ❤️ Angel at this location was extremely helpful friendly and Very thorough with our full size SUV rental to go see my family in Vegas🙏 He was professional and courteous, and even assisted us with getting familiar with the vehicle before we took off, which was extremely appreciated A

Worst service ever. They need to hire more people so every time I come here I don’t have to wait an hour and half to pick up my car. This is ridiculous. The guy kept saying. I’ll be with you in a minute and was gone forever. I dont know if I can use enterprise anymore. They should give us a discount.

It was a great experience absolutely no issues. The Agents are soooo nice and friendly. I have come back here 6 times this year 2025 never an issue.

I enjoy using enterprise. I feel like their customer service has always been great. In this instance the vehicle i was renting did not start, i waited less than an hour for a tow and was able to get another vehicle hassle free. I felt overwhelmed in some moments but each person i spoke to was so respectful and kind and i just want to thank the staff for being kind and patient even with me asking random questions.
