Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The main issue was that without a credit card, I couldn’t rent a car. The staff were not welcoming or clear in their explanations, and I had to visit their office four separate times. The first time, they told me I absolutely needed a credit card or utility bills, even though I have two driver’s licenses (one European and one from New York). Their policies clearly stated that a phone bill would be accepted. However, when I returned the next day with a phone bill, they refused to accept it. The following day, I went back again with an electricity bill, and this time they claimed there was an issue with my permit — something I had already shown them before. As always, the Enterprise team never fails to amaze me with their phenomenal customer service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was in an accident and I wanted the repairs to completed by Garvey Hyundai in Queensbury. Therefore, I needed a rental and I was picked up by Enterprise. I had the pleasure of meeting Mason and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional and personable! He safely drove me to their Enterprise location and took care of me expeditiously. Later on, the vehicle I rented had a safety issue and I called them to let them know. Without hesitation, Dean stated that I could come back to swap out cars. I went to enterprise for the first time last week. The process was quick and easy, Great customer service. They gave me a free upgrade to a great economical car (Chevy Malibu) that was a great drive fuel efficient. I rented from them for a week. At the end of that week, I needed the car for one more day, I was able to extend it Through a text message That was sent. It was super easy and I was Within an hour Of the time I was supposed to return the car. Super easy process I got my $300 deposit back the same day. I returned the car.

I needed a last minute rental when I unexpectedly had to have my car towed for repair. I was able to reserve the car online and pick it up less than two hours later. The team at Queensbury Enterprise was friendly and professional. Great customer service.

I love this Enterprise location. I travel frequently & they make the process super smooth. They help people get on the road fast as possible. I recommend online check-in. I walked in last week & they just handed me the keys to the car already waiting up front. Sometimes clients get a little hung up trying to show proof of insurance payment, but the staff even help them navigate the phone tree with their agency to get the green light. Also, awesome fleet of very new cars from sedans to trucks is the cherry on top of the customer service. Cheers all!
