Jiffy Lube

I was in this afternoon to get my car inspected. I was told there would be a two hour wait. Totally fine, It’s the beginning of the month and the beginning of a new year, so it’s a busy time for inspections. Surprisingly, I was out of there in about an hour and a half. The employees at the counter were both very friendly and helpful. They recommended some typical upsells like cabin filter replacement and fluid top off, but there was no pressure to purchase the add-ons. Overall, pretty quick and painless.

I realized last minute that my NY State Inspection had expired and pulled in at 5:30 PM. Even though they close at 6:00 PM, they didn’t bat an eye. They welcomed me with a smile, got me right in, and handled everything efficiently. Very pleasurable experience this time. Proved it’s all about the staff working at the time of your visit. My last couple of visits were not such a positive experience but this one was great. I believe Nikki was the person who greeted me upon arrival and could not have been nicer, Did not get my techs names but he was great as well. I had a NYS inspection done along with a oil change and wipers replace and was out of there in an hour Well done Team!!

Went on a Monday during the day for a last minute inspection and an oil change. Looked online and found a $10 off coupon for the oil change. Took about an hour total. Received free car wash via text. Had questions regarding other services that Hoffman’s provides but there was never a cashier in the waiting area unless someone was getting cashed out. The only people in the waiting area were customers. There were at least 4 other people working in the bays doing inspections and I was the only oil change. I was happy with my service and the fact that they got me in and out in an hour. They did forget to put the cover back on the fuse compartment and left it on my dashboard, but I put it back on before I drove away. Always a stellar experience at this location. Niki and Robert were friendly, professional and efficient. The shop is exceptionally clean and I love the fact that they stream great vintage series on the TV while you wait. Excellent overall experience!
