The staff at this location were all very helpful, easy to speak with, and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, having needed to rent a vehicle while my other was being repaired. The rental vehicle was in immaculate condition, and new. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you again, Enterprise, for all you do to provide a vital service to the public.

I worked with a gentleman named Sam on 2/17/26. He had called earlier and let me know of some changes to my rental coverage from my insurance. I appreciate the genuine friendliness and how prompt he was to let me know. Good communication is always appreciated. I definitely recommend!!!

This place sucks!!! This is the main street location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very disrespectful man who works here! I had a reservation (which they allowed me to put on said card) for weeks. When I arrived I received a huffy buffy jerk who was rude & mad that he had to get up from the desk. (Really wish I paid attention to his name) Anyway, I couldn't rent a vehicle because cash app cards aren't accepted. Yet, no where online or at the establishment was it posted! I didnt have a current bank account so no car... ruined trip.... NEVER GOING BACK

Had a great experience with you. I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Great customer service and quick to respond and answered all my questions sand concerns. I didn't feel rushed they took the time to be personable and not treat me like just another customer.

Had a wonderful car. Was extremely easy to rent. My only complaint is I wasn't told prior to showing up that I had to give a $300 deposit at the time of the rental.
