Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise that I feel compelled to share. It took me two full days and over six hours of multiple calls just to make a reservation. I was constantly transferred or placed on long holds, and it wasn’t until I found a corporate number that I was finally able to get a reservation secured. This made me uneasy from the start. I had arranged for a pickup and, given the difficulty I had booking, I called again the morning of to confirm. To their credit, the driver arrived on time and the pickup went smoothly. Once I arrived at the branch, the staff were friendly and courteous, which was a plus. However, there were three people ahead of me in line and more customers continued to arrive. Well at first it started off bad good thing I was still in town.The rental was sounding bad so I called they said to come back and they would exchange the vehicle. They exchanged it with no problem but when it was time for me to return the vehicle that's when everything went bad. It was confusing for me, when I exchanged the first vehicle the whole contract changed to more money. I received everything thru email they had charged me more, they were going to take out more money from my deposit it was a mess. But I can say this jose and I think it was the manager handled it so professional so cool that they did not raise a loud tone of voice or interrupted me. While I was being the very rude customer and when I said everything I had to say and I forgot his name all he said was can I speak now

I rent from this location weekly and always receive fantastic customer service. The staff is very personable and accommodating. I returned a loaner Christmas Eve 30 mins prior to the location closing, forgetting my kids gifts in the trunk. They left the vehicle unlocked so I could retrieve the gifts, saving Christmas. A+ crew here.

This is the best place to rent a car. The employees as well as the manager Go above and beyond to help their customers to make sure that they are happy and satisfied with their rental. I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Mario As well as Jose who helped me navigate my directions without tolls. TY both for being so kind. I will be back.
