I am very pleased with this location. The staff was great .. Friendly and attentive. Location much better than the airport! Great price on my Durango. Special thanks to Kirsten! She went the extra mile with me. Asset to the company! I believe she was management. Lindsay? and Ryan were awesome as well! I highly recommend renting from this location. They will take good care of you.

The local enterprise locations here in Wisconsin are great. it's corporate, I have an issue with. I rented a vehicle now for 4 1/2 months continuous. And accumulated a (lot) of reward points. However, to claim these points you have to reserve online. But have to sign a contract every 30 days in person at 1 of their locations. Defeating the purpose of doing it online. They said they're working on changing that.

The manager christine is very rude. She make you feel very uneasy when all you are doing is asking questions about the rental that you have with them. I have been renting cars months at a time for a little over 2 years n I have never had the experience that I’m having at this location. She was very rude n when I told her I feel like she is rushing me and being rude she states.. (well we are busy and I have a line in front of me. N I’m trying to get through the line while I’m on the phone with you) mind you I was extending the rental. I rented a car 3 times with them so far at this location (back to back) and had issues twice so far. For me to be a loyal customer and follow the rules of the rental. This location make you feel uneasy by the way they talk to you.

Stevan Zygutis went above and beyond to help us. Our original rental company ended up having no cars for any of us when our flight arrived. Stevan was already done with work for the night but when I went to him about an alternative rental option he was friendly and quick to help even though he did not have to. He turned on the computer and help me get a great rental car that we did not have to wait hours for. It turned our night around.
