Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had the BEST experience returning our rental car today with CHRISTIAN at Enterprise’s Greenwich CT location. Thank you Christian for being so customer service oriented. We were greeted with a smile, he was personable, friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. It was a pleasure. We will definitely be a repeat customer whenever we rent a car. This location had the rental car size available and it was seamless.

Enterprise told me that upgrading my vehicle would get me a better car, but when I got there, it was literally the same car I would’ve gotten without the upgrade. Complete waste of money. When I asked about it, they just brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. If I hadn’t paid for the upgrade, I still would’ve ended up with the same exact car. Total scam and misleading service. Definitely won’t be renting from them again.

Greenwich enterprise has a wide variety of high-end vehicles. Jay and the staff go above and beyond to find a car that is comfortable for me . They really stay on top of keeping me informed of the status of my rental contract so that the process from start to finish was so easy for me. I’ve used Greenwich Enterprise three times with the same consistency of excellent In vehicle and customer service. I won’t rent a car anywhere else.

I have always had the best experience here. Jay is so helpful and patient. I have had to do a few claims through Geico and Jay makes sure that I get a good clean car. Highly recommend!

Rented a car from the Greenwich location and Christian did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, he was very polite and got me all set up and out the door very quickly.
