I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I want to thank there employee Ish and the rest of the team were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Ish took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done no pressure and no upselling. You can tell management runs this location well. The shop is organized, communication is solid, and the team works efficiently. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with car issues. You can’t always count on Google ratings of a place sometimes something’s a little higher a little low and when you go there, you wonder why people rated it the way they did. Today we could’ve chosen several different Mavis tire and brake centers but this particular one, although it was a little out of the way had a 4.9 rating. I decided that we should use this one. It was a really good decision. They were very accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and got us in and out very quickly. I think the biggest air is their 4.9 stars when they should be five stars.

Been coming to this Mavis Discount Tire location since the day they opened, and they’ve been consistently excellent every time. The team is always knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward about what you actually need (and what you don’t). Service is efficient, communication is clear, and the work is done right. Shoutout to Pernell in particular — he was great to deal with. Helpful, honest, and made the whole visit easy. Highly recommend this location.

Outstanding customer service at this Mavis location. The staff was welcoming, patient, and really cared about making sure I was taken care of. They worked efficiently and kept me updated the entire time. One of the best auto service experiences I’ve had. Definitely coming back!
