Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As long as you make the correct reservation (basic details like pickup location, time, etc.) there isn't an issue! I use Enterprise when I'm traveling for work and personal reasons. There have been two occasions at other locations (not this one!) where the staff were less than helpful (and very short of professional) - but that's only twice out of fifty plus rentals. It's also much, much easier to extend the date/time than it is other places (note I am signed up with Enterprise plus, which might make it easier, I'm not sure). My trip this week went great and the staff at the location were wonderful and courteous. No issues whatsoever.

It's been about 6 years since I've rented from enterprise, when they were at the old location on Dixwell Ave in Hamden. So I was curious to see if the level of customer service (being great) had remained the same. To my surprise on Oct 7, 2025, I was pleased with the service. Mia Pastorok was the representative who helped me. At the time is was only one Rep. Mia and about 5 customers waiting to be seen, as I was checking in, I'm busy on a business call while she's getting me set up in the rental. She was patient and professional as I was moving right along with her still on my phone call which could have been annoying for her, yet she was great! When my call ended I commended Mia for her patience and professionalism with me and how great she was running a busy establishment like a one-wome

Want the best car renting experience ever.. ? Then stop wasting time , get there & thank me later...This location & their staff are the best in the business. Hands down. But do not take my word for it , let them show you the great experience that we all deserve. Go on in.

Rented from here and got an upgrade. When I returned the car Mike worked with me to resolve a situation and was polite and professional. I would rent from here again due to him being great with customer service.
