Doris Jones provided absolutely awesome service from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, shared a lot of helpful information, and patiently answered every single question we had. We really appreciated how honest and transparent she was about everything. She gave us plenty of time to look over the car which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great experience overall and can’t wait to come back again soon!

Ben Shur was incredible - he took the time to call me beforehand and walk me through which cars my insurance would cover while mine was being repaired. When I arrived, he made sure I was completely satisfied with my vehicle and went above and beyond with his professionalism and friendly attitude. The entire team shares the same welcoming vibe. 10/10 would rent here again. Highly recommend!

Had a good experience with Enterprise when renting a car for Grandsons use. Took very little time to go thru procedures and changing return date online was easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Merrie is very organized and attentive to all clients who walk in no matter how busy it gets. Her politeness and customer service attitude left an impression on me and I'm very thankful she gave me grace with my return rental time.

Nice staff. However they said they did not have a driver to pick me up. So, I took an uber and they refused to reimburse me. This is directly against their brand promise. Very disappointing.
