Excellent fast service. I got to pick my car from the type I booked. Price I booked was Exactly what I paid. NO hidden charges. The staff was wonderful when I returned the car. SO much better experience than Budget rental cars at the same location.
A visitor from Waikiki to Hilo. Check-in and drop-off was fast, courteous and friendly. Workers were very helpful in giving directions on how to get around in the area.
Friendly and efficient staff. They recommended the cheapest nearby gas station (Safeway)
The off airport Enterprise in Hilo has some outstanding young people working there, and their customer service skills are excellent! I would never go anywhere but Enterprise. .
